Step by step

3rd Virtual Festival of Life and Earth Sciences will take place on  1st - 6th of February 2021 


  1. Send us your abstract till 18.01.2021.

  2. Till 24.01.2020 you will receive reviews.

  3. If your abstract is accepted send us your presentations/posters and payment proof till 26.01.2020

       If your abstract is accepted with revisions (minor, moderate or major) send us your revised abstract, presentations/posters and payment proof till 26.01.2020.

       If your abstract is rejected, think about the reviewer's comments and try next time!

Name your files as following: name_abstract.doc, name_presentation.ppt, name_poster.pdf etc. and send it to

If you need an invoice let us know in the e-mail with payment proof attached!

Conference fee for researchers and popularizers: 20euro or 88zł/abstract

One participant may present four abstracts.

If you want to join the event as freelistener/auditor the fee is 5euro/22zł

Natural science conference is planned as international event, divided into tree panels: Earth and Environment, Technical Sciences and Health and Medicine. Only abstracts written in English will be taken under consideration.

Humanities panel is planned as nationwide conference, abstracts in Polish and English will be considered. 

All participants will have acces to the workshops, field trips and keynote presentations.
